About Me....
As a half-Japanese individual raised in both Oregon and Hawaii, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for culture, nature, and family. This rich blend of experiences has shaped my grounded, compassionate, and balanced perspective on life. As a devoted wife and mother of four, family is the foundation of my values and the heart of everything I do.
Life in the countryside brings me a sense of peace and fulfillment, nurturing my love for animals and connection to a simpler, more intentional way of living. I believe deeply in the healing power of balance—between mind, body, and environment—and this belief guides my holistic approach to counseling and personal growth.
In my free time, I enjoy swimming, hiking, baking, and spending meaningful moments with my family. Whether relaxing by the lake or exploring the outdoors, I find renewal in life’s simple joys and the beauty of connection.

Education
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walla Walla University (2003) and bring extensive experience across diverse areas of nursing. Building on this foundation, I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University, specializing in childhood and adolescent disorders. My combined background in healthcare and counseling allows me to approach client care with a holistic perspective—addressing both physical and emotional well-being to foster resilience, growth, and lasting positive change.

"All stress, anxiety, depression, is caused when we ignore who we are, and start living to please others."
